DESCRIPTION :
AMCASUN 500 is a partially hydrogenated high oleic
sunflower oil designed for applications requiring ultra high stability. AMCASUN
500 has the highest consistent stability of any commercially available
sunflower oil.
INGREDIENTS :
Partially
hydrogenated sunflower oil, (may
also use "partially hydrogenated high oleic sunflower oil"), with tocopherol.
APPLICATIONS :
Recommended for use where exceptional
oxidative stability is required.
