Tabasco Red Pepper Dry Flavoring est une poudre pimentée préparée avec des piments rouges vieillis, fermentés avec du sel, mélangés avec du vinaigre. Le produit final possède la saveur unique du TABASCO® brand pepper sauce. Ce produit est préparé en respectant les conditions sanitaires, à partir d’ingrédients de bonne qualité et en accord avec la Good Manufacturing Practice (21CFR 110).

CONDITIONS DE STOCKAGE / DLUO
Entreposer à température ambiante (n’excédant pas 29°C et 60 % d’humidité relative) dans un container fermé hermétiquement éloigné de la lumière directe. Quand le produit est stocké sous ces conditions, la DLUO est de 6 mois à 1 an.
Aprés six mois il est recommandé
d’évaluer l’intensité aromatique du produit.
