INGREDIENTS : Natural Hickory Smoke & Maltodextrin (GMO free)

APPEARENCE : Clear Brown powder, free flowing, with wood smoke aroma

ANALYTICAL STANDARDS :

Phenol Level (mg / g) 18 – 22

Titrable acidity 5 – 7 %

Moisture 5 – 7 %

Granulometry +/- 200 microns

Benzo(a)pyrène & Benzo(a)anthracène : < 1 MicroGr/kilo

PACKAGING      20 or  25 kg cartons ; or big bags ( 450 kilos )

STORAGE :

Store in a cool dry place (45-70°F / 8-21°C).

Avoid storage at extreme temperatures for prolonged periods of time.

Containers should be kept under tightly closed, away from humidity, light and heat.

SHELF LIFE :

7-8 months or more when kept under recommended storage conditions.

APPLICATION :

Usage levels will depend on the type of product being made and the type of processing involved. Soft lumps may form which can be easily broken before use.
