AFS COLOR 3000 is a colouring ingredient ( liquid ) which reacts with proteins when heated

STORAGE One year shelf life when stored under cool conditions : 40-60° F

(7 – 17 C°).

SUGGESTED USAGE This product is designed to perform as a browning agent to food

products. We recommend to apply it with a brush or to spray if

you want to colour the surface of the product and this before

cooking or final cooking in the case of deep frozen products.

AFS 3000 can be used in Meat products to improve colour

without changing taste. For an inner coloration, the good option

will be a direct incorporation of AFS 3000 in the dough or in

the meat mass before cooking. The coloration achieved will be

developed according to rate level. The color will start from light

yellow to brown dark. Amcan Forest Smoke can assist you in
